We simplified the site structure, improved UX, integrated HubSpot, and launched a custom tool (PinDrop) in post-launch sprints. Centracom, a leading player in the telecommunications sector, partnered with REX MEDIA to redesign their website with the objective of aligning their online presence with their evolved go-to-market strategy. The original site was outdated and overloaded with content, lacking a modern user experience and clear navigation. The challenge was to create a streamlined, responsive, and conversion-focused platform that would help Centracom stand out in a highly competitive industry and drive more qualified leads.
Strategy & UX/UI Planning:
We worked closely with Centracom's team to deeply understand their market, goals, and customer journey. This formed the basis for a GDD roadmap and launchpad (MVP) strategy focused on data-driven decisions and iterative improvements.
Website Redesign & Development:
We reduced and restructured the number of pages to prioritize high-performing content and deliver a cleaner, more impactful user journey. The new site was built on WordPress with optimized loading times and UX best practices.
Mobile Optimization:
A fully responsive design was implemented, ensuring seamless experiences across all devices. This included optimizing new features like the custom connectivity tool (PinDrop) for both desktop and mobile.
Custom Tool Integration:
We supported the rollout of the PinDrop tool—Centracom’s custom-built business fiber locator—by launching it in the first post-launch sprint. This allowed us to go live faster while giving full focus to the tool’s development later.
SEO & Performance Optimization:
On-page SEO enhancements were implemented site-wide to boost organic visibility. Site performance metrics were monitored and improved dramatically within the first month post-launch.
Lead Management Setup:
We onboarded Centracom to HubSpot Starter Suite and set up a lead generation campaign. The initial results showed strong potential, delivering quality leads almost immediately.
